Dr. Jun Feng is a professor at the department of material science and engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology in China since 2020. He joined the division of Advanced Light Source of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a tenured staff scientist between 1998 and 2020. His current research interests focus on novel energy science, novel photocathode materials, high brightness electron source, ultrafast science, quantum electron microscopy, synchrotron radiation, free electron laser and their applications.
