黃培豪

黃培豪于2011年取得上海交通大學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2011年至2018年分別在美國布法羅大學(xué),美國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局等機(jī)構(gòu)做博士后;2018年加入南方科技大學(xué)。

黃培豪目前的研究興趣為固態(tài)量子計(jì)算理論,包括半導(dǎo)體量子計(jì)算、量子模擬、量子耗散動(dòng)力學(xué)等。研究成果包括:理論預(yù)言了飛行自旋比特的核噪聲抑制效應(yīng)、低頻電噪聲的自旋弛豫效應(yīng),均得到實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。提出了兩比特相位門的電學(xué)退相位機(jī)制、硅量子點(diǎn)自旋能谷弛豫機(jī)制等,解釋了相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)預(yù)言了一系列物理效應(yīng),包括能谷相位效應(yīng)、自旋弛豫冷點(diǎn)效應(yīng)、自旋光子強(qiáng)耦合機(jī)制、自旋能谷電偶極自旋共振等,將有助于可擴(kuò)展固態(tài)量子計(jì)算的發(fā)展。
