個人簡介：
陳默，醫學院藥理學系副教授、研究員、南方科技大學穩態醫學研究院院長助理、博士生導師。入選國家級高層次青年人才項目，深圳市鵬城孔雀特聘專家。2013年于新加坡國立大學（National University of Singapore）獲得博士學位，2014至2017年于新加坡國立大學從事博士后研究。2017至2023年于美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校（University of Wisconsin Madison）相繼任博士后和研究員。主要研究方向聚焦于細胞生物學、脂質生物學、磷酸肌醇信號通路、糖脂代謝與相關疾病分子機制。主持國家自然科學基金項目、廣東省基礎與應用基礎研究基金委員會區域聯合基金項目、SMART深圳市醫學研究專項資金項目、深圳市基礎研究專項（自然科學基金）面上項目。代表性成果以通訊/第一作者（含共同）發表在Nature Cell Biology（四篇：2019、2020、2022、2025）、Cell Death & Differentiation（兩篇: 2014、2018）、Protein & Cell、Cell Death & Disease、Methods in Molecular Biology、Journal of Hazardous Materials等國際知名期刊及叢書上，共發表SCI論文20篇。

研究領域：
本課題組主要利用生物化學、細胞生物學、分子生物學、質譜等多種方法來研究磷酸肌醇信號調控、物質運輸、糖脂與效應蛋白的復合及生物學功能，了解脂質在細胞器中非膜結構上的定位以及作用機理，解析疾病中的糖脂代謝功能異常并以此為靶點開發新型藥物。
