師資
許揚(yáng)，南科大醫(yī)學(xué)院副教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。于2015年博士畢業(yè)于美國貝勒醫(yī)學(xué)院，并在2015-2020年在美國北卡羅萊納大學(xué)教堂山分校完成博士后訓(xùn)練。從事癌癥CAR-T免疫治療和基礎(chǔ)免疫學(xué)研究。相關(guān)的研究發(fā)表于Nature Biotechnology, Blood，Journal of Clinical Investigation，Cancer Cell等國際頂級(jí)期刊。共發(fā)表論文8篇，總引用數(shù)575次（Google Scholar）并獲得兩項(xiàng)美國專利。

研究領(lǐng)域：
主要從事CAR-T細(xì)胞在實(shí)體腫瘤中的應(yīng)用研究。通過研究實(shí)體腫瘤微環(huán)境中的分子細(xì)胞機(jī)制從而攻克CAR-T細(xì)胞在治療實(shí)體腫瘤過程中的難題。
研究的方向包括：
開發(fā)新型的趨化系統(tǒng)改善CAR-T細(xì)胞浸潤實(shí)體腫瘤的能力。
研究CAR-T細(xì)胞耗竭過程的分子機(jī)制以及耗竭相關(guān)受體對(duì)CAR-T功能的影響。
優(yōu)化CAR-T細(xì)胞在腫瘤微環(huán)境中的代謝能力。
與此同時(shí)，課題組與美國多個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室保持合作關(guān)系，將在T信號(hào)機(jī)制， T細(xì)胞分化等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行合作。
